1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using BinaryCMS software or purchasing plugins, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Licence — Core CMS

BinaryCMS core is released under the MIT Licence. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

3. Licence — Plugins

Each plugin purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Install and use the plugin on an unlimited number of your own servers
• Modify the source code for your own use

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicence plugin source code or binaries to third parties.

4. Payments & Refunds

All plugin purchases are processed securely through PayPal. Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds unless the plugin is non-functional as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BinaryCMS to host illegal content, conduct fraud, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts used for abuse.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinaryCMS and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software publisher is registered.
